Janco International uses TeamViewer, a world leader in PC to PC connectivity. TeamViewer, once installed, can be used by Janco support technicans either for a one-time connect session, or it can be configured for un-attended connections so our technical support staff can login with a username and password anytime for troubleshooting your system.

If you have used TeamViewer before, the icon should appear on your Desktop. If you haven't yet installed it, click on the following Download link when instructed to do so by a Janco Support Technician. They will then step you through installation and configuration.
