If you are familiar with how Stocktrac can help you manage changes to your customers’ families, there are more options available than just “Add family member”
A lot of that maintenance can be done in the customer module, from combining copies of the same customer or vehicle, to pulling out family members when the kids leave home. There is even a way we can use the features to transfer history of a vehicle if your customer sells it to someone else.
The way the “family” is set up is that the family members will all share the same address and the same list of vehicles, but each family member can be stored separately so you can retain their own phone numbers and email addresses. This allows you to work with each person individually, but update the history on the shared vehicles. The family concept can also be used for those customers that are a business with multiple cars and multiple employees driving them.
