When selecting any of the TechLink options, the following or similar window will be displayed 1.
Select the "Run" option. Depending on your Windows security settings, the following Security Warning may be displayed.
Select the "Run" option once again and the TechLink software will be installed and activated and the technician will then be able to connect to your Desktop. Once the session has concluded and the technician has terminated the connection, the following message will be displayed.
Your Internet connection will be closed and the TechLink software will be removed from your computer. 1 If you are using a different browser, such as Mozilla FireFox, you may not be provided a "Run" option on the popup window. It may be necessary for you to save the program to your Desktop and double-click on it to run it from there. |
