StockTrac® Enterprise software program has vastly improved our ability to control my shops “cost of goods”, as well as ensuring all information on every vehicle, check, and credit card is tracked within this system as entered every day.  Buy-outs are quickly looked up for warranty information years later – don’t eat the cost anymore when a supplier will replace it free!

There are so many great features of this software, and the Janco support system, you need to experience it.  Our door is always open if you would like to see StockTrac® Enterprise working.  You’ll be amazed how fine-tuned you can get your shop and how quickly you will learn the system!

We’ve used StockTrac® almost since day one (we were Janco’s second customer and I’m a second-generation user). We’ve found it to be fast, intuitive, and reliable – things I have not seen in any other package and that are crucial to maximizing productivity and profit in our business.

The inventory control functionality is second to none, and the reporting capability is just as powerful. The ability to hook into all the big electronic catalogs and jobbers makes it easy to create accurate estimates. As powerful as it is, the nice thing about StockTrac® is that you can start out simple, and the program will grow with you as your needs change. It’s also rock-solid and dependable. Since my degree is in computer science I know the user interface is well designed and thought out and it’s written in C++ which puts it leagues above its competition.

Many other vendors say they offer good technical support – but only promise to call you within a day or two to resolve an issue. For the few times we’ve needed support, a call to Janco results in an immediate answer and if a callback is needed it’s normally within minutes.

I see StockTrac® as one of the most important tools in our arsenal to maximize profit and would highly recommend it to any shop of any size, as long as they are not my competition!
